Quick Takes, Tuesday May 14th, 8am – 4pm

Construction Kids
Put the kids in jeans and work boots and we’ll supply the hard hats, saws, toolbox, ladders, tool belts, nails, saw horses and lumber.  If dad is in the construction business, then this is a must have portrait for him to be proud of.

Enchanted Fairies
An enchanted garden full of mystical surprises.  Giant mushrooms and lots of greenery will bring this elaborate set alive.  We have the fairy costumes for girl’s ages 7 months to 7 years.

Splashin’ with Rubber Ducky
For the little ones 9 to 18 months of age that love to take baths, this will be a splashin’ good time.  Bring along their favorite towel and duck!  The set will be on our white background with tons of little yellow rubber duckies.

Girls and Pearls
This is a fun Quick Take that can also include mom or grandma....Pretty dresses and bring your pearls.  With the 3 poses that we do we'll have some interacting with each other and we'll also do a nice posed close-up portrait together for a memory photo to be handed down for generations.

Darling Doubles
Do you have twins, triplets or more?  Do you know somebody that does?  This month we are giving a complimentary session to those special people.  That’s it, no strings attached.  Just remember to color co-ordinate outfits and solid colors look best. $250 minimum order is requested.

Kindergrads and Pre-School Grads
We can go to the school and bring along our traveling studio or the kids can come here.  Each child is photographed individually in our cap and gown holding their little diploma, how cute is that!?  Call us for more details if you are interested. 

In Studio Prom Photos
Are you going to prom, but don’t want to do the photos at school??  Then come in studio and we’ll do some cool poses with you and your date. Indoor or outdoor. Special prom prices, call for an appointment.  No session fee

Grandpa’s Old Truck
This is truly a Country Gallery classic session because it is so popular.  As we head outside, we’ll choose either the 1941 old Chevy or the 1941 rusty old International pick-up truck.  Dress the kids in denim and white.  Jean jackets and hats are cool too.  Call today because this day of Quick-takes will fill up fast!

Country Gallery’s “Hand Colored.” 
Let our grown up costumes, hand colored roses and big floppy hats take your little ones to a timeless place of childhood make-believe and days gone by.  We will take you to a classic location and do candid portraits.  Images will be hand colored by our own artists. 

Off to the Races
R ev up your engines and head out to our very own pit stop. Bring in your little race car, helmet, gear and trophies.  We'll be outdoors by our old gas pump and all our old street signs.  If you don't have a car or motorcylce of your own, then you can use our little chopper motorcycle. 

Swing-time Fun!
Enjoy the warm summer by going for a cool ride on one of our many swings.  We have wooden and hammock swings for boys and girls of all sizes.  Ages recommended are 2 – 12 years old.

Me and My Dad, Saturday June 15th
A complimentary session for dad and the kids.  Take advantage of getting them in studio to create a timeless classic portrait. No age restrictions but limited to one outfit. Half hour session can be done indoors or outdoors. Mom’s: you might have to do some bribing here, but it will be well worth it!  Feel free to bring along any personal props that are meaningful to you and your children. A $250 pre-payment/minimum order is due at the time of booking for this Saturday session.

Gone Fishin’
An annual event for lots of Country Gallery clients.  We head outdoors to our pond and dock with fishing rods and nets over our shoulders.  If you’ve done this many times before, we can now also head out to the ponds by our beautifully landscaped waterfalls for a new look.  Dress the kids in denim, white or khaki colors and don’t worry about putting on shoes.  Our $39 half hour session is for children and families.$41.68 with tax

July

Secret Garden Tea Party
What a great time to go outside and have a tea party!  Bring along your teddy or dolly too.  We have lots of fun hats and feather boas and of coarse the whole tea set, table and chairs, so just bring us your pretty little ones and we’ll have some fun out in the flowery garden.

Mob Car
Let’s go have some fun with our 1941 Cadillac.  We’ll get out our Tommy guns and you can go get an old suit coat from grandpa and some old shoes.  For the girls, we have flapper dresses and lots of pearls.  This session will be done outdoors with the Caddy.

Future Farmers
We’ll walk back to our red chicken coop with your little farmer and find some tractors, rakes, wagons and feed pails.  Dress them up in bibs and a cap.

Frogs and Turtles, Oh MY!!
We’ll have plenty, or if your little ones have pet turtles or frogs, feel free to bring them along.  We will go over by our pond or waterfall and play in the water with the lively little reptiles.  Dress the kids in shorts, a solid color top and forget about the shoes and socks.

Field of Wild Flowers and Black Eyed Susans
This year with 2 totally different fields, we’ll be sure to have lots of areas to take beautiful, timeless portraits.  Imagine bright colorful flowers up to your knees, a beautiful white flowing dress and big brimmed hat…….or maybe a little boy in blue jean bibs with a butterfly net trying to catch a few. What ever the case, make sure you all wear closed toe shoes because if it’s hot and dry, the field can get a little crunchy.  Half hour session is $39 & can be for children or families. $41.68 with tax

Christmas in July Family Special
Yes, plan ahead now by doing your family portrait, while it’s beautiful outside and plan ahead for holiday gift giving and Christmas cards. We will go to any location outdoors at our studio.  10 pose session is on sale for only $39.  $41.68 with tax

The Wonderful Waterfall
A Splash Spectacular August Quick-Take, this session will bring you out to our beautifully landscaped three sided waterfall.  Dress your kids in solid bright colored clothing.  Just for fun, bring along a hat and some shades if you want.  They can get wet at the end if they so choose to go ahead and get a little crazy.

Harley Riders
Bring your biker dudes and biker babes in for a real “rough and tough” session that will be done outdoors with our mini Harley.  Feel free to bring along your own bike too. Denim jeans and leather jackets (we have some) will look totally cool.

Grandpa’s Old Red Tractor
It will be sitting back by our old red chicken coop, the old International 560 that is…….

The Great Outdoors! $39
We’ll head out and hike around our beautiful 10 acre property for this family session.

Collector Cars $39, On location add $75
You bring your collector, color coordinate the family and it can be done at your place, our place or your special place.

Barnyard Friends $39
Let’s head out to the old chicken coop for some barnyard fun! Dress the kiddos in denim and bibs, overalls, farm caps, boots and we’ll supply the shovel.

School Portraits
Sept. 13-14 Be a part of our "School Days Club" and come in every year for school portraits and get a free family session.  Complete 12 years and receive a framed photo collage, 16"x16" with all 12 images included.  There is no up front cost to be in the club, you just need to come in and place your "in studio" school photo order with us.

Tribute to Our Troops
This quick-take is dedicated to those of you that have loved ones in the military, some may be home and some may be in another state or country.  Bring in the kids, dress them patriotically and we’ll create some amazing  images for you to send off to your loved ones.

Old Time Football
Hut, hut, hike and get ready to step back in time with our old football and gear.  We’ll be stepping outside to do this antique looking football portrait, so if you little guy loves football, this will be one quick-take you don’t want to “pass”.

Train Daze
Get your little hobo ready to hit the tracks for an adventure.  Join us for a real train experience.  All aboard our 1914 caboose!  We have plenty of engineer hats, red and blue handkerchiefs, so all you need are the pin striped bibs. All Aboard!!!

Little Sluggers
Is your little one in t-ball or baseball?  Bring them in with their baseball uniform on.  We have lots of bats and balls.  Don’t forget the glove and hat.

Grandma’s Attic
This is a great quick-take for you to bring in some items from grandma that meant a lot to her.  We’ll be on our hardwood floor with the old trunk, hats, crates and collectables.

Fire Truck Families $39 for 30-45 minute session
Is Mom or Dad a fire fighter?  Or maybe even Grandpa? We have a 1956 open cab ladder truck that is a St. John’s University original.  Bring the whole family and be sure to include the dog, the fire gear and wear denim, red and white.

Mob Car $39 for 30 minute session
This is a fun idea for the family if you want a creative family holiday card this year.
Our 1941 Cadillac is a black classic. Use our Tommy guns, put dad in a suit, mom in a dress, the boys in suits and the girls can wear our little flapper dresses of all different colors and sizes. The girls can be sassy and the boys can be serious. Don’t forget all the pearls and the big bags of money!!

October

Quick Takes, Tuesday October 1th, 8am – 4pm

Fall Hayride
Wheelbarrows loaded with leaves.  We’ll have baskets of apples and put the kids in denim overalls for the natural look.  (Outdoor location)  The wagon will be full of pumpkins, gourds, corn shocks, and Indian corn.

Little Hunters
Get out the guns, decoys, camo and dogs for this adventurous session.  If it’s decent outside, we will treck through the swamp on the search for the perfect kill. If it’s raining outdoors, we will be inside on our rustic set with crates, barrels, decoys and guns.

Football Fever
Put them in a football jersey. We’ll be outdoors if the weather in nice for a classic portrait with the football and helmet.

October is Family Portrait Month in the state of Minnesota!
Fall Families, now’s the time, it’s your last chance if you want a nice family portrait outside and you want to get it done before the holidays.  Sessions book out months ahead.  Prime time is always around October 4th. Family session is $39 and takes 30-60 minutes.
For clothing, solid colors look best and color co-ordinate so you match.  In the fall earth tones look very nice, we suggest wearing red and orange.

Boo Bash Charity Halloween Day, October 31, from 8-4pm we will be doing spooky photos in our creepy Halloween set.  Don’t be too scared as you walk through our frightful studio! For a donation to the humane society, you will receive a 4x5 in a folder of your little trick or treater in costume.  Call now to reserve your time and save room for witches brew, kitty litter cake, putrid popcorn and other boo beverages.
P.S. look out for the chocolate cupcakes filled with tiny goblin eyeballs, ha ha ha ha!!!

November

The Family Five, November 1st and 2nd.
If you have a family with little kids or a lot of kids and want to get in and out of the studio in 30 minutes or under, then this is the session choice for you!  It’s a 5 pose session for only $15.  We do the white background and the black background and you’re done in 30 minutes flat.  Remember, solid colors look best and color coordinate so you all match and don’t forget the family pet!

Get Wild! Hockey Fans
Do you have little hockey players and fans in your family?  Bring in all your hardware, sticks, skates, jerseys and socking caps.  We’ll be inside on the white background.

Festive Formals
Dress up the little ones in their holiday best and we will formally photograph them in a festive set.

Betty’s Babes
We’ll get out our Betty Crocker cookbook and all the tools needed for your kids to bake up a storm in our red and white festive kitchen.

Santa Charity Saturday the 9th from 8am-5pm
Come and visit with Santa and don’t forget your list!  Our charity this year will be for the Red Cross, so bring in a check for $25 or more.  We will have 3 or 4 different Holiday sets to choose from and sessions will be 15 minutes long.  2012 sessions filled up fast and we were booked solid the whole day long, so call now to reserve your time!  Dress in your holiday best or wear your new jammies for a different look.  Remember, Santa loves oreo's!

If you have some little bakers in your family, this is a must do.  We will have a whole kitchen fully stocked with red and white cooking and baking utensils, pots, pans, flour and sugar oh my! Family Spirit!
